INSIGHT:, MODELING ISSUE:, NEED: Possible project Optimal Locations For Ebola/Pop-Movement Checkpoints

Possible project idea: Predict Optimal Locations to Set-up (or add to existing) Ebola/Migration checkpoint within & between countries/villages. More info as a project in my portfolio.
