additional datasets and data request

1. here is a good resource for additional datasets

(notes: I am still trying to figure out the covariate information b/c there's not a codebook.)

2. it would be helpful to have population density data which I'm still trying to find

  NEJM article's Supplementary Appendix 1 (download pdf from paper's website) has many useful parameter estimates:
  ex) I think Ebola mortality rate = "case fatality rate" =CFR
  ex) Also incubation periods
