INSIGHT: summary of subnational time series data

I have summarized the subnational time series data in a way that I think will be useful to people. Each region has one row which contains the date of the start of the epidemic in the region relative to the start of the epidemic, duration of the epidemic in that location, the total number of cases and the total number of deaths. I also estimate a parameter beta which is the log of number of cases over the duration and estimates the rate of spread.
